Terms of Use
These are the Terms of Use (“TOU”) of the Zenio Player (“App” or “Services”). This TOU applies to your access to and use of our App. When we say “we”, “our,” or “us” we are referring to Debuggers Inc, the entity responsible for providing the App or Services. Everything contained within this TOU is important and should be read by you. If you do not agree with this TOU, you should not use any of our Services.

- AGE ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least age of 13 or majority in the territory you’re residing in to use the App. If you are under the age of 13 (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence), you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who also agrees to be bound by this TOU. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor, you are fully responsible at all times for the minor’s use of the Services, and if you believe that your child is using our Services without your consent, please contact us.
- ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, LOGIN AND USAGE MODES
The App provides two usage modes: Guest Mode and Account Login Mode.
- a) Guest Mode: You can use basic local playback functions without logging in to an account.
- b) Account Login Mode: You can log in via Apple ID (iOS) or Google Account (iOS/Android) to unlock subscription benefits and personalized services.
- c) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities conducted under your logged-in account.
- d) You shall not sell, lend, transfer or disclose your account to others without authorization.
- e) All subscription benefits and membership rights are bound to your logged-in account and can only be used after successful login.
- USE RESTRICTION
You may only use our App for personal, non-commercial, entertainment purposes. You agree and undertake not to:
- a) use the App and Services for illegal purposes.
- b) violate any applicable laws and regulations.
- c) infringe any third party rights and intellectual property rights.
- d) use crawlers, robots, data mining, extraction tools on the App.
- e) impersonate any person or entity or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent you with any person or entity.
- f) post any false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, harassing, defamatory, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, vulgar, profane, sexually oriented/suggestive/explicit, obscene, racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise objectionable materials or content.
- g) interfere, disrupt, damage or limit the functioning of the App via software viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or any computer codes.
- h) disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile or modify any software or application contained in or available on our App in whole or in part, or otherwise attempt to obtain or access the source code of our App.
- i) use of any automated screen capture or screen scraping technologies to obtain information from the App without the prior written approval us.
- j) obtain subscription services through fraud, theft, hacking, or other illegal means.
- PARTNER CREATOR & ONLINE VIDEO CONTENT
The App may include an online video section featuring content uploaded by our partner creators. All such content is pre‑reviewed by us and is not considered user‑generated content (UGC) in the traditional sense, because users cannot upload any content within the App.
- a) All partner creator videos must be original, authorized, and non-infringing of third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
- b) Videos must not contain pornographic, violent, hateful, defamatory, illegal, or age-inappropriate material.
- c) We reserve the right to pre-moderate, review, remove, or block any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
- d) The App provides in-app reporting functionality for inappropriate or infringing content.
- e) Users and creators must not upload, share, or distribute pirated, unauthorized, or copyrighted audiovisual content.
- SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
- a) The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans.
- b) You will be notified at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- c) Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time through your Google Play or Apple ID account settings.
- d) Payments are charged to your Google Play or Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
- e) Refunds are administered in accordance with Google Play and Apple Store policies.
- f) Subscription benefits are non-transferable and tied to your account.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, industrial designs, trade dress, get-up, trade secrets, confidential information and any other intellectual property rights subsisting anywhere in the world, whether or not registered and including all applications for the same (“Intellectual Property Rights”), are owned by us, our affiliates, business associates or the respective third party owners. All information and materials on our App may not be published, modified, copied, reproduced, duplicated or altered in any way without our express written permission. If you violate these rights, we reserve the right to bring civil claims for, among others, damages or losses suffered. These violations may also constitute criminal offences.
- LINKING TO THIRD PARTY SITES
We are not responsible for the service or goods provided by a third-party site to which there may be a link on our App. We advise you to read the terms of services and privacy notice of each site which you visit.
- MODIFY OR TERMINATE OUR APP AND THIS TOU
We reserve the right to, at any time, modify our App; terminate this TOU; or suspend or terminate providing all or part of our Services. You may be required to accept updates to the Service, including updates to App that you have installed on your device.
- CHANGES
We may change this TOU from time to time. If we do so, we will post the revised TOU on this page and take reasonably practicable steps to ensure that you are aware of the updated TOU (including, if we have your e mail address, e-mailing you notifications of the updated TOU).
