Account Deletion Instructions
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- How to Delete Your Account
- 1. Open the Zenio Player App
- 2. Tap More
- 3. Tap Delete Account
- 4. Confirm the deletion
- Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account information (email, nickname, profile photo)
- Login information and tokens
- App preferences and personalized settings
- Usage history and activity records
- All personal identification data
- Data That Will Be Retained
To comply with legal, financial, and anti-fraud requirements, we will retain only the following data:
- Transaction and payment records: retained for 90 days
- Security and anti-fraud logs: retained for 30 days
All retained data is fully anonymized and no longer associated with your account.
- Important Notes
- Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
- Active membership benefits will be terminated immediately.
- Auto-renewal subscriptions must be canceled manually.
